About Sheldon Spann

After serving over 12 years in Law Enforcement, I have taken my passion for helping people and brought it into the world of Real Estate.

My journey in Law Enforcement has been nothing short of rewarding. I still have the honor of serving on the Special Weapons and Tactics Team. I have been part of the well-known PACE Team, the Warrant Bureau, and I am now serving as an Investigator. Each of these roles taught me the importance of communication, trust, and being calm under pressure—skills that translate perfectly into guiding clients through the Real Estate process.

I’ve always believed in serving my community, whether that’s by protecting it or helping families find the right place to call home. Real Estate allows me to continue that mission in a new way. I take pride in being honest, hardworking, and always putting my clients’ needs first.
